We offer the latest and best quality products in mobile devices and technology from the leading manufacturers in the world - Nokia, Samsung, Blackberry, HTC, Apple, Sony, Tecno, LG, BE, HP, Dell, ASUS, and lots more.

NOTE: Satisfaction Guarantees / Price Matches apply to retail sales made in one of our Lakeside Blvd locations ONLY! 

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, MAE LTD will exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of the sale date, except as noted below. 

For any exchange or refund we need the original receipt and the product must be in its original carton with intact UPC bar code, original packaging, and contain all accessories. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned, it may only be exchanged for the same product by returning the item to the Metro Authorized Electronic Ltd store, where original purchase was made. 

Restocking fees will be applied to any product not returned in "like new condition". Televisions, digital cameras, camcorders, printers, and radar detectors must be returned within 7 days of the sale date, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All installed Car Audio sales are final. 

Charges for installation and delivery services and other fees are non-refundable after the services have been performed. Delivery and installation services not originally paid for and not performed by MAE LTD, but subsequently have to be done to satisfy our customer, will be charged the current price of any additional service provided. 

All refunds will be issued as paid, except for cash over $100; a check from our home office will be issued within 14 days for the return date. 

Price Match:

Just submit to us within 7 days a printed original proof of a local competitor's ad with model number & price clearly at the (MAE LTD store) of original purchase. We will then verify that our competitor has the exact item in stock. Our guarantee does not apply to any of their free or bonus offers, financing, delivery, installation, or rebate offers, nor on one-of-a-kind, packaged or limited offers, special order, not in stock, or internet pricing. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a price match online. Prior purchases from Metro Authorized Electronic Ltd cannot be price matched on future promotions due to the competitive price nature of our advertising.

Metro Authorized Electronic Ltd reserves the right to deny any Price Match request. 

Extended Warranties:

All of our Major Appliance purchases delivered to your home are covered by their in home warranty program. We will assist you with how to contact the manufacturer of any appliance purchased at Metro Authorized Electronic Ltd. 

We strongly recommend obtaining of extended warranties for all Major Electronic and Major Appliance purchases. Your Metro Authorized Electronic Ltd sales consultant can assist you with purchasing an extended warranty to ensure years of trouble free use.
